Drinking Habit
During the hot summer months, heat and sweat can leave your body dehydrated. A lack of water is harmful to your body and can also make you crave food.
When you’re not actually hungry. It is incredibly important to keep yourself hydrated by drinking at least eight to nine glasses of water a day. Bored of water? Add some low
calorific flavoring to water such as a piece of fruit, or opt for healthy alternatives like green tea or coconut water.
Careful with Hard Drinks
Summer season is not good for hard alcohol drinkers it is better to skip or choose a light, chilled alcoholic beverage. It is strongly recommended to avoid alcohol if you are
pregnant or have health issues.
As alcohol protect us against heart diseases can enjoy with sangria (table wine diluted with juice), a cold beer, or a wine spritzer, but keep it limited to one to two drinks daily.

Clothes to wear
You should choose only loose-fitting clothes, preferably of a light color for summers. It is better to use cotton clothing instead of any synthetics fabrics as cotton will observe your sweat and keep you cool.
Switch off your laptop or appliances
Eliminate extra sources of heat. Incandescent light bulbs can generate unnecessary heat, as can computers or appliances left running. Eat fresh foods that do not require you to
use the oven or stove to prepare.
Rethink your snacks
Watermelon is best fruit to have in summer its not just a tasty dessert alternative or salad addition. Its high levels of lycopene mean that it’s a valuable ally in the fight against heart disease. Watermelon is also good for the bones, helps reduce body weight, regulates the action of nerves and muscles, improves vision and prevents cell damage.
Pink grapefruit and guava boast similar lycopene content, so eat up.
